Often government forms and applications are available exclusively on the Internet, therefore citizens are required to use a computer to
access these government services. At the library, we offer free access to the Internet and help residents find the government information
and services they need. Pasco County Library System developed a Tutorials section to assist patrons with online forms. In this section
there are advanced, intermediate, and beginning tutorials. This is part of Pasco County Library System's ongoing effort to provide both
Pasco County citizens and librarians easy access to government information, programs, and services.

 This video is a step by step tutorial of how to apply for unemployment compensation/benefits in the State of Florida. The
online form to file an unemployment claim is located at fluidnow.com. This video was a joint project between the Pasco County Library
System and the Lee County Public Library. Length (12:11)

 In this video, we provide instructions on how to apply for Medicaid in the state of Florida through the Web site myflorida.com/accessflorida. This video was a joint project between the Pasco County Library System, University of South Florida School of Library and Information Science intern Catherine Cottle, and the West Central Florida Area Agency on Aging.  This is the first chapter of the Pasco County Library System Basic Skills Tutorial. This chapter reviews the components of
a computer such as the screen, keyboard, and mouse. Length (6:02)
